STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. \u2014 The Allan Kivlehan School, PS 6, held a library unveiling, naming and ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday to honor Lisa Marie Vecchiarelli, a beloved first grade teacher who died unexpectedly earlier this year. <\/p>\n
Vecchiarelli taught at the Tottenville school since its opening more than two decades ago until the time of her death on Jan. 11. <\/p>\n
