Marc Anthony has spoken out after finding himself in the middle of the Beckham family feud.<\/p>\n

During a scathing indictment of his family posted on Instagram last month, Brooklyn Beckham, 26, accused his mother, Victoria, 51, of \u201chijacking\u201d his first dance with his wife, Nicola Peltz\u00a0after the \u201cVivir Mi Vida\u201d singer, 57, called him to the stage at their 2022 wedding reception. Page Six <\/a>even reported that Anthony introduced the Spice Girl \u2014 not the bride \u2014 as \u201cthe most beautiful woman in the room\u201d at the time.<\/p>\n

Brooklyn claimed his mother then \u201cdanced very inappropriately\u201d on him, leaving him \u201chumiliated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked to comment about being \u201cpulled into\u201d the Beckham \u201csituation\u201d during an interview published by The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> on Monday, February 9,\u00a0 the Man on Fire star responded, \u201cI have nothing to say about what\u2019s happening with the family.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re a wonderful, wonderful family,\u201d he added. \u201cI\u2019ve known them since before the kids were born. I\u2019m godfather to [Brooklyn\u2019s 20-year-old brother] Cruz<\/a>. I\u2019m really close to the family. But I have nothing to say about what happened there.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s extremely unfortunate how it\u2019s playing out \u2014 but [how it\u2019s playing out] is hardly the truth,\u201d the salsa king hinted.<\/p>\n

In his statement, Brooklyn<\/a> insisted he does \u201cnot want to reconcile\u201d with his family due to their relationship with his wife. He also accused his parents, Victoria and dad David, of trying to \u201cruin\u201d his relationship with actress Peltz, 31.<\/p>\n

Last week, as previously reported in the Enquirer<\/a>, it emerged he has had laser treatment on tattoos which featured the word \u2018dad\u2019 in another clear message he is moving away from his family.<\/p>\n
