This first ever headline performance since returning to the U.S. will feature special guests (to be announced) and highlight the evolution of the Grammy Award winning Rap legend-turned-political leader.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cIt is surreal to return to the stage in the neighborhood where I grew up for a night of performances celebrating classic raw hip hop,\u201d said Shyne.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Born in Southside Belize City and primarily raised in East Flatbush, Shyne began his rap career in the late 90s after being discovered by legendary hip-hop producer DJ Clark Kent, entertainment moguls Don Pooh & Manny Hailey.<\/p>\n
After signing to Bad Boy Records, Shyne released the eponymous classic rap album that debuted at #2 and topped the charts with hits such as \u201cBad Boyz,\u201d \u201cBonnie & Shyne\u201d and \u201cThat\u2019s Gangsta.\u201d He also released the #1 classic godfather buried alive album in 2004.<\/p>\n
