A popular cruise line has halted operations and canceled all sailings, according to recent media reports.<\/p>\n

The small-ship cruise line, Alaska Dream Cruises, which specializes in immersive expeditions, is ceasing its operations immediately. <\/p>\n

The shutdown occurred ahead of the Alaskan cruise line season, which typically runs from April through October. It means no passengers were immediately impacted due to the shutdown.<\/p>\n

The cruise line gave a \u201cheartfelt farewell\u201d to its customers on its website<\/a>, stating that it first began operations in 2011.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince 2011, Alaskan Dream Cruises has had the privilege of sharing the wonders of Alaska and the richness of our Alaska Native heritage with incredible guests from across the globe,\u201d the cruise line stated on its website. \u201cIt has been an equal honor to work alongside extraordinary communities, partners, and crew.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the cruise company, it has ceased business operations effective immediately and will no longer operate future sailings.<\/p>\n

Guests with existing reservations should check their email regarding next steps and refunds. <\/p>\n
