Residents interested in taking part in the hearings must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/main\/rental-ripoff\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:RSVP online;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">RSVP online<\/a> for one location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/pix11.com\/news\/local-news\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:More Local News;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"> More Local News <\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">New Yorkers are welcome to share any issues they\u2019ve experienced in their apartments, including poor conditions, repair delays, business practices and non-rent fees.
