According to a report from Us Weekly<\/a>, the mega-hit reality show is in serious talks to return, with a source telling the outlet that there were \u201chigh-level talks with several networks.\u201d<\/p>\n Renee Graziano, one of the show\u2019s stalwarts and daughter of Anthony Graziano \u2014 an alleged high-ranking member of La Cosa Nostra \u2014 will supposedly be the star of the rebooted series, TMZ reports<\/a>. <\/p>\n However, beloved member of the cast Drita D\u2019Avanzo will not be returning for a series revival, telling TMZ she isn\u2019t interested in appearing. <\/p>\n Other members of the original cast could be making sporadic appearances, according to TMZ. <\/p>\n While the outlet says that filming could begin later this year, the show\u2019s producer, Jennifer Graziano told TMZ things were still in the works. <\/p>\n In its original iteration, \u201cMob Wives\u201d featured women from Staten Island who are connected to the mafia, and all the toils and triumphs that entails.<\/p>\n Besides D\u2019Avanzo and Renee Graziano, the original cast also featured Karen Gravano \u2014 daughter of Salvatore (Sammy the Bull) Gravano \u2014 and Carla Facciolo, whose husband Joey Ferragamo was convicted of stock fraud.<\/p>\n In the second season, the show added Angela \u201cBig Ang\u201d Raiola, who would quickly become a fan favorite. <\/p>\n
