\n\tHofstra got out to a quick start, scoring five goals in as many minutes to put the Jaspers in an early hole.
\n\tWhile a man down, Julia Kerr<\/a> broke the ice for Manhattan midway through the opening quarter.
\n\tBefore the opening 10 minutes were complete, Naomi Aristone<\/a>, Lauren Maher<\/a>, and Audrey Ziff<\/a> all caused a turnover.
\n\tZiff won a draw control in the second frame, but the Pride extended their lead out to 13 by the halftime break.
\n\tIt was Kerr who took hold of a draw control in the third quarter, while the defense held Hofstra to two goals in time for the fourth.
\n\tManhattan had their best stretch in the final quarter, with Ella Brunette<\/a> putting the Green and White on the board 46 seconds in.
\n\tMaher earned a free position opportunity shortly after, converting for the visitors’ third score of the day.
\n\tBrunette tallied another while Ella Hirsch<\/a> scored on a man-up sequence, ending Manhattan’s total at five.

\n\tFreshman midfielder Ella Brunette<\/a> led with two scores, also collecting a ground ball and two draw controls.
\n\tSophomore attacker Julia Kerr<\/a> shot the ball four times, converting on one and winning three draw controls.
\n\tSenior attacker Lauren Maher<\/a> won the most draw controls on the day with four, adding a goal to her stat line as well.\u00a0
\n\tSophomore attacker Ella Hirsch<\/a> fired the most attempts with five, converting on one for her first goal of the season.
\n\tSenior defender Naomi Aristone<\/a> caused two turnovers.
\n\tRedshirt Junior goalkeeper Sophie Pasnak<\/a> logged ten saves through a full 60 minutes.
