COURTHOUSE,
\n Feb 11 \u2013 A woman charged with
\n the armed robbery of a gas
\n station on Bartow Avenue in
\n The Bronx on January 8 was
\n indicted in the U.S. District
\n Court for the Southern
\n District of New York on
\n November 21. Inner City Press
\n was there as the case was
\n wheeled out to SDNY District
\n Judge Jennifer L.
\n Rochon.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0The
\n complaint has photographs of
\n the robbery, then in an
\n elevator in a housing
\n development in The Bronx. <\/p>\n

\u00a0 There is a
\n felon in possession charge
\n based on convictions in 1988
\n (robbery) and 2004 (controlled
\n substance). <\/p>\n

On November 5,
\n 2025 she pled guilty to counts
\n 1, 2 and 4 with sentencing set
\n for February 11 at 11 am. She
\n remains detained.<\/p>\n

On January 28 her
\n Federal Defender wrote in
\n asking for time service.<\/p>\n

On February 11,
\n she was sentenced to three
\n years.<\/p>\n

\n USA v. Wise, 24-cr-656
\n (Rochon) <\/p>\n
