(WKBW) \u2014 New York State Police are investigating a deadly crash in the Town of Batavia on Thursday. <\/p>\n<p>It happened just before 3 p.m. on West Main Street and Kelsey Road. <\/p>\n<p>State police say 79-year-old Thomas J. Luby was traveling eastbound on West Main Street when he crossed over the center line and hit a Toyota 4-Runner. <\/p>\n<p>Luby was taken to ECMC, where he later died from his injuries. The driver of the 4-Runner was not injured. <\/p>\n<p>This is an ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"BATAVIA, N.Y.
