More than a dozen apartments also cycled between wealthy guests, notable foreign dignitaries and Epstein staffers.

The sheer volume of high-profile names including former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and longevity guru and CBS contributor Peter Attia, reinforces how No. 301 functioned as a kind of shadow annex — separate from the notorious townhouse.

The newly released Epstein files reveal that more than a dozen apartments inside 301 E. 66th St. were used as a tightly managed lodging network for Jeffrey Epstein’s guests, staff and, according to sworn complaints, underage girls trafficked through his modeling connections. According to sworn statements referenced in litigation, visas were arranged and the girls were charged rent.

One complaint alleges Epstein provided “living quarters” at 301 East 66th Street, along with car service and other benefits, as inducement to maintain sexual compliance.

In a 2015 email, an associate wrote to Epstein that a young woman was “asking what apartment can become hers” and listed available options: 11J, 11B, 11P, 8A, and 10B — noting that another unit was being renovated.
