Police have released a photo of a suspect they say is sought for questioning following the fatal shooting of a 41-year-old man in the Claremont section of The Bronx on Feb. 10.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police said that on Tuesday, Feb 10, at around 2.56 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call regarding a man who had been shot inside the 170th Street subway station, serving the D train.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cUpon arrival, officers observed a 41-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds about the body,\u201d a police spokesperson said. \u201cThe victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals\/Lincoln in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.\u201d<\/p>\n
Police said there were no initial arrests, and the investigation remained ongoing. The deceased was later identified as\u00a0Adrian Dawodu, 41, of Harlem.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n On Friday, Feb. 13, police appealed to the public for help locating Alberto Frias, 27, who they said was sought for questioning in connection with a shooting, and released some photos of him.<\/p>\n Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
