David Beckham<\/a> and Victoria Beckham, addressed the family\u2019s ongoing discord in a recent interview, as per E! News.<\/p>\nThe chef shared both his concern and his perspective on the reported fallout between the Beckhams and their eldest son, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want Brooklyn just to take a moment to yourself and just remember you\u2019re half-mum, half-dad,\u201d Ramsay said, adding, \u201cYou\u2019re an amazing young man, but boy, they\u2019ve done more for you than anyone will do in your entire life, any father-in-law, let me tell you.\u201d<\/p>\n
For Ramsay, who has maintained a decades-long friendship with the Beckhams alongside his wife Tana, the situation is particularly surprising. \u201cTheir relationship with Brooklyn was solid,\u201d he explained, adding, \u201cI\u2019ve seen first-hand just how good of parents they are.\u201d<\/p>\n
The remarks come after Brooklyn released a scathing six-part statement on social media calling out his parents, bringing tensions within the high-profile family into public view.<\/p>\n
While acknowledging the complexities that can arise when adult children marry and form new family bonds, Ramsay suggested that clashes can be part of that transition.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s hard when you enter that age in life when you join with another family,\u201d he said, adding, \u201cThere\u2019s a different dynamic going on and so there was bound to be some sort of clash. But the relationship between David and Brooklyn is very, very deep, and I know how much David loves Brooklyn,\u201d as per E! News.<\/p>\n
David and Victoria are also parents to Romeo, Cruz and Harper Seven.<\/p>\n
The chef, known for hosting \u2018Hell\u2019s Kitchen\u2019 and the series \u2018Being Gordon Ramsay\u2019, revealed he has exchanged messages with Brooklyn during this period.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ve messaged a little bit. It\u2019s a very difficult situation,\u201d he admitted, adding, \u201cAnd listen I love him. His heart is incredible but it\u2019s hard, isn\u2019t it, when you\u2019re infatuated. Love is blind. They say it for a reason.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ultimately, Ramsay remains hopeful. \u201cIt\u2019s easy to get up on that rollercoaster and get carried away,\u201d he said, adding that he believes the \u201cpenny will drop\u201d and that \u201ctime\u2019s going to be the best healer.\u201d (ANI)<\/p>\n
