BAYCHESTER, The Bronx (WABC) — Officers made several arrests after responding to reports of up to 200 teenagers being disorderly at a mall in the Bronx on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n

NewsCopter 7 was over the scene in the Baychester section, where crowds of teens scattered and started running in several different directions outside the Mall at Bay Plaza.<\/p>\n

The teens appeared to challenge officers, who started making arrests as they broke up the crowds.<\/p>\n

Several teens were taken into custody, according to preliminary information from police, although it’s not clear yet exactly how many.<\/p>\n

The exact charges are pending.<\/p>\n

No further details have been provided.<\/p>\n
