RIDGEWOOD, Queens (WABC) — Police are searching for the gunman who shot a woman outside a business in Queens on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Officers say the victim, a 23-year-old woman, was on Wycoff Avenue in the Ridgewood section just before 3 p.m. when someone shot her in the leg.<\/p>\n

Police sources told Eyewitness News that the victim was an innocent bystander.<\/p>\n

She was taken to a hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
