A housing lottery is ending on Feb. 27 for Belle Eden Apartments<\/a>, which are located in four 1920s-era buildings in Belmont and Mt. Eden in the Bronx.\u00a0<\/p>\n The buildings were rehabilitated through the Neighborhood Pillars<\/a> city program, which supports the preservation of affordable housing. Renovations kept the apartments\u2019 prewar layouts but included new kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures and flooring.\u00a0<\/p>\n The Belmont buildings are near the Bronx Zoo and New York Botanical Garden. They\u2019re close to the B, D, 4 and 1 trains.
