Relocates 60 Minutes, CBS Sports and Inside Edition NY Offices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Paramount has relocated the New York offices for \u201c60 Minutes,\u201d CBS Sports and \u201cInside Edition\u201d as part of a real estate downsizing.<\/p>\n<p>All three divisions, which previously found their home in Paramount\u2019s 555 W. 57th office\u00a0in New York City, will be exiting the office space and heading to different Paramount-owned buildings in the city.<\/p>\n<p>CBS Sports and \u201cInside Edition,\u201d which is a part of CBS Media Ventures, will be<br \/>moving to Paramount NYC headquarters at the 1515 Broadway offices, while<br \/>\u201c60 Minutes\u201d will move across the street to the CBS Broadcast Center, a CBS spokesperson told TheWrap.<\/p>\n<p>The moves, which are expected to take place in early 2027, are being made in an effort to consolidate Paramount\u2019s real estate, and are not related to any matters at CBS News, an individual with knowledge surrounding the move told TheWrap.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a class=\"the-wrap-read-more__image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/new-paramount-wont-sell-lot-real-estate-assets\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/paramount-lot-arch-getty.jpg\" class=\"attachment-medium size-medium\" alt=\"paramount-lot-arch-getty\"   data-portal-copyright=\"TheWrap\" data-has-syndication-rights=\"1\"\/>\t\t\t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The potential to consolidate office spaces and sell real estate properties has been on the minds of the new Paramount leadership following the Skydance merger, with Jeff Shell <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/new-paramount-wont-sell-lot-real-estate-assets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">telling<\/a> press in August 2025 that several assets are \u201con the table\u201d for review, including National Amusements\u2019 portfolio of movie theaters and Paramount\u2019s Times Square headquarters in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Shell confirmed the Paramount Lot in Los Angeles as well as the CBS Broadcast Center on 57th Street in New York City will be safe from being sold due to its infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>The fate of the Ed Sullivan Theater, however, is still to be determined with Paramount\u2019s TV\/Media chair George Cheeks telling media in August that discussions remain ongoing about a programming replacement for \u201cThe Late Show\u201d when Stephen Colbert\u2019s show ends in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a class=\"the-wrap-read-more__image\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thewrap.com\/industry-news\/public-policy-legal\/live-nation-ticketmaster-antitrust-lawsuit-go-to-trial-dismissal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/GettyImages-2154344713.jpg\"
