Campbell died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The driver of the westbound sedan, 25-year-old Eduardo Chavez Diaz, was pulled from the wreckage but died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A woman and two children, who were also in the sedan, were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police said the children were secured in child seats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The driver of the other car in the first crash had minor injuries but was not hospitalized.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police expressed their condolences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cThese incidents are profoundly significant and deeply impact families, friends, and our community,\u201d Queen Creek Police Chief Randy Brice said in a written statement. \u201cOur investigators conduct comprehensive reviews of every fatal collision, carefully examining all factors, including speed, potential impairment, roadway conditions, and overall driving behavior.
