The NYPD has arrested and charged a 27-year-old man from Mount Eden for the murder of a man that took place at the 170 Street Station.<\/p>\n
The shooter, identified as Alberto Frias, of <\/a>Mt. Eden, was charged with murder, manslaughter, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.<\/p>\n \tPolice say 41-year-old Adrian Dawodu, of Manhattan, was shot to death on Feb 10.<\/p>\n \tAuthorities say shots rang out just before 3 p.m., striking Dawodu throughout his body. EMS took him to NYC Health and Hospitals\/Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.
