Jennifer Aniston<\/a> and her boyfriend, Jim Curtis<\/a>, were spotted outside of a luxury Manhattan<\/a> apartment building where several units are for sale just weeks after Curtis listed his NYC dwelling.<\/p>\n

The 50-year-old hypnotherapist\u00a0and the “Friends” alum<\/a>, 56, who have been dating for about a year<\/a>, were seen leaving the Upper East Side<\/a> apartment building in images obtained by Realtor.com\u00ae<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Curtis and Aniston’s trip to the prewar building<\/a> comes weeks after he decided to put his own property on the market.<\/p>\n

The building, which was built in 1925, offers 16 stories, a doorman, concierge, a fitness center, a playroom, a basketball court, wine cellars, private storage bins, and bicycle storage.<\/p>\n

The luxury co-op, which is situated on Park Avenue, is surrounded by mature trees, townhouses, the Central Park reservoir, shops, and some of the best restaurants New York City has to offer.<\/p>\n

There are currently three units for sale in the building\u2013a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom apartment for $5.2 million, a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom dwelling for $5.79 million, and the penthouse, which has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is listed for $7.49 million.<\/p>\n

In the images, Curtis and Aniston can be seen bundled up to brace the NYC cold. Aniston donned a black coat with a pair of jeans, while her lover sported a gray coat atop a black shirt and khakis. Curtis also was spotted walking with a cane, which he has been using for quite some time after doctors found spinal lesions on him when he was 22, according to his website.<\/p>\n

Their appearance comes weeks after he listed his $1.5 million New York City apartment.<\/p>\n

The property, which is located in Seaport, spans just over 1,200 square feet and comes complete with panoramic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, was officially listed on Jan. 27 for $1.525 million, as first reported by the\u00a0Daily Mail<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Property records seen by Realtor.com show that the lifestyle guru purchased the unit for just under $1.3 million in 2015\u2014and it has been leased on several occasions since then, most recently appearing on the rental market for the sky-high price of $10,500 a month in June.<\/p>\n

The dwelling had\u00a0also\u00a0listed for rent at $9,000 a month in April 2025, but then was swiftly swiped off the rental market weeks later.<\/p>\n

By November, the property was removed from the market before being listed for sale this week.<\/p>\n

In addition to his romance with Aniston\u2014who was previously married to\u00a0Brad Pitt\u00a0and then\u00a0Justin Theroux\u2014there is one other reason why Curtis has chosen to cut ties with the home: the increasing financial burden he has faced in managing its maintenance.<\/p>\n

Records show that Curtis paid off a $29,538 lien on the property in early December, more than a year after it was first issued.<\/p>\n

The U.S. Sun<\/a>\u00a0also previously reported that he failed to make several payments on the property in March and February 2017, totaling $15,242. He paid off the money owed two months later.<\/p>\n

There do not currently appear to be any outstanding liens on the unit, which is described in its listing as being a “beautifully maintained home” with an array of different features, not least its impressive location that is “steps away from the iconic New York City waterfront.”<\/p>\n

Originally designed as a loft space, the property has been divided up to include two separate bedrooms, but still maintains a very open floor plan, with one of those spaces separated from the main living space only by a wall of glass.<\/p>\n

“Designer details include a custom fabricated steel and glass wall adding to the open feel while offering privacy to the primary sleeping area, and steel built-ins utilizing wood shelving salvaged from the Old Seaport Pier,” the description adds.<\/p>\n

The red brick building that houses the apartment is also home to 26 other units and offers several high-end communal amenities, including an elevator, laundry room, and video intercom entry.<\/p>\n

Curtis recently gushed about his romance with Aniston, who resides on the West Coast, during his “Today” show appearance earlier this month.<\/p>\n

He explained, “We were just introduced by friends. That\u2019s it. We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to just chat.”<\/p>\n

Curtis noted that it “took a long time” before they went from friends to lovers.<\/p>\n

“We chatted for a long time and we became close,” he said, adding that they have been together “a long time, months now, almost close to a year.”<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Aniston also spoke highly about her boyfriend in an interview with\u00a0Elle<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does. He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people,” she said.<\/p>\n

“He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity. It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to.”<\/p>\n

The couple first sparked romance rumors in July when they were seen cozying up in Spain together.<\/p>\n

In November, the couple made their relationship Instagram official by sharing a black-and-white selfie.<\/p>\n

She captioned the adorable picture, “Happy birthday, my love. Cherished.”<\/p>\n
