Jacksonville-based rapper Lil Poppa died by suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office in Georgia.<\/p>\n
The medical examiner\u2019s office told TMZ<\/a> about the ruling just one day after authorities pronounced him dead<\/a>. He was 25 years old.<\/p>\n Lil Poppa was part of Yo Gotti\u2019s Collective Music Group and had released an album last year. His single \u201cOut of Town Bae\u201d dropped just last week, marking one of his final releases.<\/p>\n Born Janarious Mykel Wheeler, the rapper had several hits in recent years, including the track \u201cLove & War.\u201d<\/p>\n
