This year,<br \/>\nit&#8217;s about the joy of staying. This is the brand&#8217;s third partnership with Mother,<br \/>\nfollowing 2025&#8217;s &#8220;Never Become A Former New Yorker&#8221; and 2024&#8217;s &#8220;Let the Journey Begin&#8221; campaigns.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStreetEasy data shows that one in five New Yorkers browse homes for sale,<br \/>\nwhile also searching for rentals,\u201d said Scott Sparks, principal brand strategist at StreetEasy. \u201cHome buying here isn\u2019t just a transaction, it\u2019s a declaration. New York<br \/>\nisn\u2019t something you age out of \u2014 buying here is a way of committing to the life you want to keep living.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>advertisement<\/p>\n<p>advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The creative rolls out across digital and social channels, including<br \/>\nFacebook, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok, online video, streaming audio (Spotify and Audacy) and CTV, as well as MTA subway cars and subway stations.\u00a0Social extensions include\u00a0an<br \/>\ninfluencer campaign featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/meetcutesnyc\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/meetcutesnyc\/?hl%3Den&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1770911046875000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0NYrT3HF43-h-y6ZrvMP7m\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Meet Cutes NYC<\/a>.<br \/>\nCreators nclude Brownstone Boys, Carly Fuller and Nick Lowry. OOH ads kick off in March, with large-scale, hand-painted murals at Kent Ave. and Grand Ave. in Williamsburg, and Thompson St. and West<br \/>\nHouston St. in SoHo in April.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign invites viewers to embrace a vibrant city whose citizens live life on their own terms. And they live longer. In November, Mayor Adams announced a New<br \/>\nYorker&#8217;s life expectancy rose to 83.2, longer than the average American&#8217;s at 78.4, per the National Center for Health Statistics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery day in New York, we pass incredible characters<br \/>\nwhom we admire.
