By Stewart Burnett<\/p>\n New York Governor Kathy Hochul has withdrawn a proposal that would have allowed commercial robotaxi services to operate in parts of the state outside New York City, dealing a setback to Waymo just weeks after it closed <\/a>a US$16bn funding round.
