HGTV favorite Jonathan Scott and fiancée Zooey Deschanel fully renovated their dream home in Los Angeles, but they also have a dream apartment in New York City.

The Property Brothers star took fans on a virtual tour of their stunning renovated Manhattan estate.

“Jonathan Scott opens the doors to his NYC apartment and shares what it really looks like to build a home in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. This is not a staged showroom,” the video description explains. “He walks through the full space and breaks down the real decisions behind it. How to make smart storage look intentional. How to blend two strong design styles into one cohesive home while living together with Zooey. Every layout choice matters. He shares the big ideas and even the small details, down to the patterns in the floor. Jonathan shares what worked, and how they made the apartment feel personal instead of temporary.”

Fans get an inside look at the stunning wallpapers throughout, the hand-drawn mural in the entryway, sweeping 15-foot ceilings, and unique light fixtures.

“I wanted you guys to see what it literally looks like day to day when we’re just here and we’re using it,” Scott told viewers.

The couple merged their decor styles brilliantly, pulling in antique artwork, floral wallpapers, old-world charm and bold colors throughout.

This story was originally published by Parade on Feb 20, 2026, where it first appeared in the News section.
