Vehicles should be parked in driveways, or other off-street locations unless a designated parking-permit spot. The Village of Pelham Manor also urged residents to avoid street parking to allow safe plowing of the roads, while also noting sidewalks will be plowed due to heavy snowfall.<\/p>\n<p>Garbage collection will be postponed in the Village of Pelham, but currently remains on schedule according to the Pelham Manor\u2019s newsletter. Residential Collection in the Village in Area A will be collected on Wednesday, while collection in Area B will occur on Thursday. Apartment &amp; Commercial Collection will happen on Wednesday through Friday.
