But the 78,000-square-foot building could be razed to make way for a 71-foot-tall structure with 500 apartments &#8212; 100 of which would be set aside for low-income residents &#8212; as well as a parking lot with room for 800 vehicles and 250 bicycles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This project application is for a preliminary planning review.
