The rough boundaries are Delmar Avenue, Arden Avenue, Green Valley Road and Crown Avenue, according to the Con Edison website. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"PDK6TXLRC5DLDKHIK7PR5S6WXI\">Over 775 customers have lights out in and around Meiers Corners and Willowbrook. The outages extend roughly north of the Staten Island Expressway to Victory Boulevard and from Woodward Avenue to Manor Road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"46LTMUUNBRE6TDIB6VWCMOCW2A\">Con Edison is evaluating conditions and dispatching crews.
