Newly revealed video shows an Indiana high school secretary<\/a>\u00a0crying during a police interrogation as she admits having sex with a teenage student with whom her husband caught her in bed on Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

The footage of Alicia Hughes\u2019 interrogation was shared Saturday \u2014 just days after her husband filed for divorce and emergency custody of their three kids, according to Law&Crime<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It shows the 31-year-old mom breaking into tears discussing the 18-year-old student she was caught with, saying that \u201cthe physical thing \u2026 has been going on since the end of January.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the third time that I\u2019ve been with him,\u201d she calmly admits, stressing that it was \u201cnot before he was 18.\u201d<\/p>\n

She initially denies having sex with any other students \u2014 hours after a 17-year-old boy came forward to say he had also had sex with Hughes at least five times, starting in a car outside a Dollar General, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you sure about that?\u201d the interviewing officer asks.<\/p>\n

The school secretary then admits meeting that child at the Dollar General as well as sending pictures, while denying an \u201caffair.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI never slept with him,\u201d she insists of the younger accuser \u2014 before asking for her lawyer.<\/p>\n

The footage ends with her wriggling uncomfortably after being handcuffed on five counts of child seduction. She could face up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine on each of those five charges.<\/p>\n

The allegations first emerged when Hughes called police herself, accusing her husband of attacking her when he found her in bed with the 18-year-old student on Valentine\u2019s Day. It is not clear if he faces charges.<\/p>\n

In the video, Hughes tells the interrogating officer that while her actions weren\u2019t \u201cjustified,\u201d she was \u201cphysically and mentally\u201d abused by her husband.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd that\u2019s where I\u2019m at. And now I\u2019m here,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n

Hughes was booked at the Randolph County Jail on a $25,000 bond and suspended from her job at Randolph Eastern School Corporation. She \u201chas been removed from all duties with students pending the outcome of the legal process,\u201d Superintendent Neal Adams previously told The Post.<\/p>\n

Despite her initial hearing scheduled for Feb. 20 being\u00a0canceled, the court found probable cause for her charges and set her next hearing for April 16 to address pre-trial motions.<\/p>\n
