NEW YORK CITY (WABC) — A man who punched random strangers in Manhattan has been convicted of several hate crimes.<\/p>\n

Skiboky Stora, 42, was found guilty of harassing and assaulting strangers in a series of anti-female, anti-white, and antisemitic incidents in 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors say he posted video of some of the attacks online.<\/p>\n

One of the victims was a woman in Chelsea who happens to be a TikTok influencer.<\/a><\/p>\n

She posted a video about the attack that got millions of views.<\/p>\n

“The victims were met with both violence and harassment simply because of who they are. Hate crimes strike at the core of our city’s values and sense of safety, and I thank the hardworking prosecutors of our Hate Crimes Unit for presenting a rigorous case and securing this conviction,” Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg said.<\/p>\n

His sentencing is scheduled for April 14.<\/p>\n
