She was last seen at approximately 1:30 pm at the Iroquois Travel Plaza in the city of Little Falls on Thursday, February 26.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Finnegan is described as being five feet, seven inches tall and approximately 175 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, tan sweatpants and blue sandals. Further investigation revealed that Finnegan may have traveled to the Village of Fultonville in Montgomery County.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">If anyone has seen or has any information regarding Shannon Finnegan\u2019s whereabouts, you are encouraged to contact the New York State Police\u2019s Thruway Troop station in Schuyler by dialing 866-833-2984 or by dialing 911.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Copyright 2026 Nexstar Media, Inc.
