New surveillance video from one of Nancy Guthrie\u2019s neighbors<\/a> captured several cars driving nearby her Tucson home the night authorities believe she was kidnapped.<\/p>\n

The footage, obtained by Fox News Digital,<\/a> was recorded on a street-facing Ring camera at a home in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood roughly seven minutes away from Guthrie\u2019s one-acre property.<\/p>\n

The time stamps in the\u00a0edited-down\u00a0video recorded a dozen cars driving by between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. MST on Feb. 1 \u2013 the day Guthrie was reported missing. Investigators believe she was abducted between those hours.<\/p>\n

During that window, 12 cars passed in front of the home. It\u2019s not clear if any vehicle drove past the house more than once that night.<\/p>\n

The property reportedly sits on a back road away from major intersections in the area. It\u2019s about 2.5 miles away from the 84-year-old\u2019s home.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s unclear if any of the cars had been on Guthrie\u2019s street.<\/p>\n

Neighbors in her Catalina Hills community claimed they\u00a0saw a suspicious man<\/a>\u00a0lumbering around the street near Guthrie\u2019s home in the weeks leading up to her disappearance.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe didn\u2019t have your typical walking gear on, and he had his hat pulled really far over his eyes,\u201d neighbor Aldine Meister\u00a0told Fox News Digital<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was kind of younger, and he just didn\u2019t look like he was going out for a walk,\u201d she added. \u201cHe just didn\u2019t fit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Previous security footage from\u00a0a doorbell camera at Guthrie\u2019s home<\/a>\u00a0showed a masked man loitering on her front stoop the night authorities believe she was abducted. The man blocked the camera with branches after he appeared to notice it was recording.<\/p>\n

The man, seen wearing a\u00a0black Ozark Trail Hiker<\/a>\u00a0backpack, tried to cover the camera with branches, according to the footage.<\/p>\n

Authorities uncovered articles of clothing near Guthrie\u2019s home, including\u00a0black gloves<\/a>. Neighbors independently highlighted\u00a0a white van parked on the block<\/a>\u00a0days before Guthrie\u2019s disappearance, but authorities haven\u2019t raised any flags about suspicious vehicles they\u2019re searching for.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Pima County Sheriff\u2019s Office and FBI, who are leading the investigation, reportedly\u00a0started winding down<\/a>\u00a0this week as they\u00a0conducted one last sweep for evidence<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0Guthrie\u2019s million-dollar home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Evidence recovered at the home, including traces of blood, is still being investigated, but Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos warned that it could\u00a0take up to \u201ca year\u201d<\/a>\u00a0to analyze DNA.<\/p>\n

No suspects have been identified in the Guthrie case 25 days after she vanished.
