1.\u00a0First ‘rental ripoff’ hearing kicks off in Brooklyn<\/a><\/p>\n

The Mamdani administration is conducting one-on-one conversations between tenants and senior officials during “rental ripoff” hearings.<\/p>\n

Tenants rallied ahead of the first hearing in Brooklyn and then headed inside for a resource fair, where they got information from city agencies.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Marking 33 years since 1993 World Trade Center attack<\/a><\/p>\n

On Feb. 26, 1993, a bomb in the parking garage under the World Trade Center exploded, leaving a 100-foot crater, six people dead and more than 1,000 people injured.<\/p>\n

Exactly 33 years later to the day at 12:18 p.m., loved ones of the victims honored their loved ones who never made it home.<\/p>\n
