LONG ISLAND, New York (WABC) — A Long Island grandfather is getting to keep his bathroom-themed license plate thanks to Gov. Kathy Hochul.<\/p>\n
Seth Bykofsky’s plate reads, “PB4WEGO.” Get it?<\/p>\n
The DMV sent Bykofsky a letter saying his plate violated their rules and would have to be replaced with a standard plate.<\/p>\n
He pushed back, saying it’s something he’s told his kids often, and now his grandkids.<\/p>\n
Bykofsky’s efforts made headlines and got Hochul’s attention.<\/p>\n
“I loved it,” Hochul told Bykofsky over a phone call. “I’m going to get it back for you. I think everybody should be reminded to pee before you go.”<\/p>\n
Hochul said she’ll be reminding her granddaughters of the lessons of Bykofsy’s license plate.<\/p>\n
