NEW YORK (PIX11) \u2014 While the big St. Patrick\u2019s Day parade<\/a> is in Manhattan on March 17, a pair of parades will close streets in the outer boroughs this weekend, according to the Department of Transportation.<\/p>\n

Multiple areas in Queens and Staten Island will be closed on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Queens Street Closures<\/p>\n

The St. Pat\u2019s for All Parade ceremony starts at noon at 43rd Street and Skillman Avenue, followed by the parade at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

The following Queens streets will be closed, according to the DOT.<\/p>\n

Formation:<\/p>\n

43rd Street between Skillman Avenue and Barnett Avenue<\/p>\n

Route:<\/p>\n

Skillman Avenue between 43rd Street and 56th Street<\/p>\n

56th Street between Skillman Avenue and Woodside Avenue<\/p>\n

Woodside Avenue between 56th Street and 60th Street<\/p>\n

Dispersal:<\/p>\n

Woodside Avenue between 60th Street and 61st Street<\/p>\n

Staten Island Street Closures<\/p>\n

The 62nd annual St. Patrick\u2019s Day Parade on Staten Island<\/a> will also take place on Sunday. Festivities are scheduled to start at 12:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Due to snow and parking concerns, the start of the parade has been moved to Forest Avenue, from Victory Boulevard to Hart Boulevard, according to a post on their Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The following Staten Island streets will be closed, according to the DOT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Formation:<\/p>\n

Hart Boulevard between Forest Avenue and Revere Street<\/p>\n

Route:<\/p>\n

Forest Avenue between Hart Boulevard and Jewett Avenue<\/p>\n

Dispersal:<\/p>\n

Forest Avenue between Jewett Avenue and Ordell Avenue<\/p>\n
