Police say a fourth and final teenager was arrested and charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting in Mott Haven that left a 38-year-old woman seriously injured.<\/p>\n
Isiah Zapata-Ruiz, 18, of the Bronx, is accused of firing multiple rounds toward a group just after 4 p.m. on Feb. 10, striking the woman. Two teen boys, ages 15 and 16, and a 16-year-old girl were previously taken into custody.<\/a> Moments later, police say one of the teen boys pulled a gun from the girl\u2019s bag before all three boys opened fire toward a group across the street, sending people running for cover.<\/p>\n Authorities say the woman was struck by a stray bullet.
