The buyer was Mansion in NY Corporation, which paid $5.6 million for the pad. The 2,500-square-foot unit, which has been on and off the market for a decade, has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The pad\u2019s most recent asking price was $7.4 million. Douglas Elliman\u2019s Renee Micheli, Jade Chan, Frances Katzen and Michelle Griffith had the listing.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Commercial: The top commercial deal recorded in the Big Apple was for 12 square feet of signage in Times Square. Broadway producer John Gore\u2019s John Gore Organization dropped $12.2 million \u2014 over $1 million per square foot \u2014 to take over signage at the Brill building at 1619 Broadway. Gore earlier this year paid nearly <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/new-york\/2025\/06\/25\/nyc-top-real-estate-deals-tuesday-june-24-2025\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$29 million for six other condos <\/a>at the historic property. The seller was Mack Real Estate Group.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Commercial: In Prospect Heights, a 58-unit apartment complex at 347 Lincoln Place changed hands for $4.9 million. The buyers were four LLCs tied to Great Neck, New York-based Gilman Management Corp., and the sellers were three entities linked to Brooklyn-based Sharp Management Corp. The more than 48,000-square-foot building last traded in 2014 for $5.4 million.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcca Residential: <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/new-york\/2008\/05\/20\/ues-condo-sells-for-15m\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ilona and Leonid Kogan<\/a>, who run an international meat export company, shed a condo at The Mayfair 610 Park Avenue in Lenox Hill for $4.9 million. The buyer was Park Avenue NYC 5 LLC. The Kogans had owned the residence since 2003, when they purchased it for $3.7 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By the Numbers: <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/data\/national\/2025\/dallas-tops-u-s-markets-for-industrial-construction\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dallas, Houston top U.S. markets for industrial construction<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Southern cities are dominating industrial construction in the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas-Fort Worth has some 28 million square feet of industrial space underway, the highest amount in the country as of August, according to data from Yardi.
