Police say Juan Rivas, 45, stabbed his girlfriend in the neck, torso and back killing her.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Rivas is also accused of stabbing the woman&#8217;s 16-year-old son in the neck and back.
