Dramatic new footage of the Clinton depositions released by the powerful House Oversight Committee shows how a frustrated Hillary Clinton nearly stormed out after firebrand Rep. Lauren Boebert snapped an unsanctioned photo of her.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The former Secretary of State got into epic shouting matches with MAGA firebrands during her sworn testimony last week, while her husband, whose hands were shaking throughout his deposition, finally gave answers to longstanding questions about his ties to late sex predator Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am done with this if you guys are doing this, I\u2019m done,\u201d a shocked and furious-looking Hillary raged after one of her attorneys raised concerns about a photo of her that appeared online.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home,\u201d she fumed. \u201cThis is just typical behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n
Boebert copped to taking a photo of Hillary, but claimed to have done so before the hearing kicked off. Hillary vented that \u201cit doesn\u2019t matter, we all are abiding by the same rules.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
She pounded the table with her fist and started to leave. The deposition then went off the record, and Hillary ultimately returned.\u00a0<\/p>\n
At another point during her over four-and-a-half-hour interview, the two chafed over Pizzagate, a bizarre 2016 conspiracy theory that a DC pizzeria was part of a Clinton-connected pedophile ring.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Hillary rolled her eyes, trying not to laugh and show her indignation when Boebert asked whether she saw Epstein files that referenced coded language in the Pizzagate conspiracy theory.<\/p>\n

\u201cPizzagate was totally made up. It was an outrageous allegation. It ended up hurting a number of people,\u201d she said of the shooting at Comet Ping Pong in DC in 2016.\u00a0\u201cIt caused a deranged young man to show up with an assault rifle and shoot up a local pizzeria.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI can\u2019t believe you\u2019re even referencing it. You should be\u2014,\u201d Hillary added, restraining herself from admonishing Boebert.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The former secretary of state also clashed with firebrand Nancy Mace (R-SC), who needled her repeatedly, including over her husband\u2019s affair with Monica Lewinsky and impeachment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mace referenced an Epstein file email showing that now-Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick invited the disgraced financier to a Clinton campaign fundraiser in 2015. The South Carolina rep seemingly implied that Hillary wasn\u2019t being honest when she said she didn\u2019t know Epstein.<\/p>\n
Hillary explained that she<\/a> became connected with Lutnick because while serving as a senator from New York, he lost scores of his employees in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cYou asked the question, I\u2019m going to answer the question,\u201d Hillary shouted at Mace after she attempted to cut off that explanation. \u201cThis is what I spent my time doing\u2026I was taking care of the people that lost 3,000 lives at World Trade Center.\u201d<\/p>\n Bill Clinton said he never witnessed anything that \u201cgave me pause\u201d during his friendship with Epstein.<\/p>\n Mace then brought up her status as a survivor of sexual abuse, which drew some sympathy from Hillary, who acknowledged reading about what happened to the congresswoman.<\/p>\n \u201cI am very sympathetic to your personal situation,\u201d she added. \u201cI have read about it, I have seen you testify or speak on the floor about it, and I am very much sympathetic with not only what you went through, but appreciate your standing up for survivors.\u201d<\/p>\n Unlike Hillary, who has denied knowing Epstein, her husband fielded questions about his ties to the disgraced financier and travel on his infamous plane.<\/p>\n Clinton speaking to the media outside the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center after her deposition on Feb. 26, 2026. Matthew McDermott for NY Post<\/p>\n \u201cNo,\u201d Bill told the panel when asked if he ever had \u201cany communications with Mr Epstein that related to young women or girls.\u201d<\/p>\n The 42nd president briefed lawmakers on the backstory of his history with Epstein and denied having any knowledge<\/a> of his sex crimes before the disgraced financier was prosecuted.<\/p>\n He also\u00a0denied having sex with a mystery woman pictured next to him in a hot tub<\/a>\u00a0decades ago that had been released in the Epstein files.<\/p>\n Bill explained the photograph was taken at a lavish hotel in Brunei, which the sultan of the tiny Asian nation had invited him use.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cMy team that was working on the AIDS issue was there, Mr. Epstein was there and Ms. Maxwell,\u201d the former president said.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cThe Sultan of Brunei was a man that I had gotten to know well \u2026 and he said, \u2018I want you to stay at this hotel and I hope you\u2019ll use the pool,\u2019 so I did.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n The former president could not identify the woman in the hot tub with him and was adamant he did not have sex with her.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI had forgotten that there was anybody in\u00a0the hot tub,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Hillary Clinton denied knowing Epstein during her deposition. House Oversight Committee<\/p>\n Bill, 79,\u00a0 told investigators that they \u201cshould be\u201d questioning his ties to Epstein, but cautioned that given his age he doesn\u2019t remember everything.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI do think you should be talking to me. I think you should have called me. I did take those plane trips with him and you have a right to ask those questions,\u201d Bill said.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI have to be honest with you, you know, I\u2019ll be 80-years-old if I live to my next birthday \u2013 I don\u2019t remember everything that happened 24 years ago,\u201d he added.\u00a0<\/p>\n Asked when he first met Epstein, Bill said the first memory he has of him is \u201cwhen I got on an airplane to take a first trip with my foundation in, I think, 2002.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI took one flight back from Florida to New York and all or part of several other \u2013 I think 4 or 5 \u2013 trips to Africa, Asia and one to Northern Europe,\u201d Clinton said, unable to recall on which specific trip he first met Epstein.\u00a0<\/p>\n Bill said he communicated with Epstein \u201cusually only on the trips<\/a>,\u201d but acknowledged Epstein visited the Clinton Foundation\u2019s Harlem office at least once and that he once \u201cpaid a brief visit to his house,\u201d a mansion on Manhattan\u2019s Upper East Side.\u00a0<\/p>\n The former president\u2019s hands were trembling throughout his deposition.\u00a0<\/p>\n The shaking was most noticeable when he went for his glass of water or was holding papers.\u00a0<\/p>\n Clinton pictured with an unidentified woman in a hot tub in a photo released by the DOJ. ZUMAPRESS.com<\/p>\n At one point, the former president read a note aloud that was submitted to the late sex trafficker\u2019s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, for inclusion in a 50th birthday book for Epstein.\u00a0<\/p>\n In the note, Clinton praises Epstein for his \u201cchildlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference, and the wealth of friends.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNot a bad letter,\u201d Clinton said after he finished reading it.\u00a0<\/p>\n He maintained that nothing in the letter was in reference to Epstein\u2019s criminal behavior with minors.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cAbsolutely not. I knew nothing about that,\u201d he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cI thought Epstein was interesting and curious, so I wrote a letter that I thought reflected that.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Back in August, the Oversight panel\u00a0subpoenaed the Clintons<\/a>\u00a0and eight others for testimony about Epstein. Initially, the Clintons refused to testify, accusing Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.), in a January letter, of \u201ctrying to punish those who you see as your enemies.\u201d<\/p>\n But after several Democrats joined Republicans in advancing a contempt of Congress measure against the Clintons, the\u00a0former first couple caved<\/a>\u00a0and agreed to the depositions in\u00a0Chappaqua Performing Arts Center last week.<\/p>\n Hillary later took questions from the press and revealed publicly for the first time why Epstein\u2019s madam, Maxwell, was at her daughter, Chelsea\u2019s, 2010 wedding, revealing that she was a \u201cguest of someone who was invited.\u201d<\/p>\n Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the Oversight panel, has signaled that Dems will seek to force President Trump to testify if they take over the House in the future.<\/p>\n Clinton with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell during a tour of the White House in 1993. Clinton Presidential Library<\/p>\n \u201cThis committee has now set a new precedent about talking to presidents and former presidents,\u201d Garcia told reporters last week in the middle of Hillary\u2019s deposition.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re demanding immediately that we ask President Trump to testify in front of our committee and be deposed in front of Oversight Republicans and Democrats.\u201d<\/p>\n Trump has lamented the subpoena fight with the Clintons, telling reporters, \u201cI like Bill Clinton. I don\u2019t like seeing him deposed\u2026 But they certainly went after me a lot more than that.\u201d<\/p>\n The president had been friends with Epstein for years, but claims to have had a falling out with him years ago and has vehemently denied any ties or advanced knowledge of his sex crimes.<\/p>\n Bill told the committee that Trump mentioned the falling out during a charity golf tournament in New York.<\/p>\n \u201c[Trump] somehow knew I had flown in Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s aircraft.
