(WIBW) &#8211; A man was behind bars in the Riley County Jail following his Thursday evening arrest in Manhattan in connection with fleeing and eluding from officers and other offenses, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrested man was identified as Jeremy Richmond, 33, of Topeka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Riley County police officials said the incident was reported around 5:50 p.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Allen Road. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Jeremy Richmond, 33, of Topeka, was arrested Thursday evening in connection with multiple...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1761318848_481_QMRODRTYBJOTZDAMAFFT62ZOWA.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"650\" \/>Jeremy Richmond, 33, of Topeka, was arrested Thursday evening in connection with multiple offenses in Manhattan, officials said.(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said Richmond was arested a short time later, around 6:08 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated endangering of a child; fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer; contributing to child misconduct; reckless drivin;g and two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer, <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Richmond was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remained in the Riley County Jail on Friday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WIBW.
