Pink<\/a> is breaking down the reason behind her family\u2019s recent move to the Big Apple.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe actually moved here because I am an amazing mom,\u201d Pink, 46, quipped during the Monday, March 2, episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show <\/a>after singing \u201cHopeless War\u201d from The Outsiders with daughter Willow, 14.<\/p>\n

As the audience laughed, Pink added, \u201cand also so Willow could study theater and experience more Broadway.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pink\u2019s comment comes days after a source told Us Weekly that she and husband Carey Hart had split after 20 years of marriage<\/a>. (The pair, who tied the knot in 2006, also share son Jameson, 9<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tPink is thinking about moving across the world with husband Carey Hart and their two children. \u201cPink is seriously considering moving her family to Australia,\u201d a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. \u201cIt\u2019s not only somewhere she\u2019s been a lot, but it\u2019s her favorite place in the world and she has a huge fan base there [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

Reps for Pink and Hart did not respond to Us\u2019 requests for comment. Pink, however, denied the speculation via Instagram on Thursday, February 26.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just alerted to the fact that I\u2019m separated from my husband. I didn\u2019t know,\u201d Pink said, in part, before adding in the caption, \u201cIf you don\u2019t hear it from me, don\u2019t believe the hype. Stay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!\u201d<\/p>\n

Pink, who is set to guest host Kelly Clarkson\u2019s eponymous talk show for the week, kicked off her gig by being suspended from the ceiling while fastened to a harness. She previously confirmed her guest hosting role in February.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve played stadiums and danced on the side of buildings, but stepping in to guest host for my girl Kelly Clarkson is a brand new feat!\u201d Pink shared in a statement at the time. \u201cLet\u2019s celebrate women, joy, resilience, and whatever comes else comes our way!\u201d<\/p>\n

Clarkson, meanwhile, shared earlier that month that her talk show would be coming to an end <\/a>after this season.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been extremely fortunate to work with such an outstanding group of people at The Kelly Clarkson Show, both in Los Angeles and New York,\u201d Clarkson, 43, said in a statement to Us. \u201cThere have been so many amazing moments and shows over these seven seasons. I am forever grateful and honored to have worked alongside the greatest band and crew you could hope for, all the talent and inspiring people who have shared their time and lives with us, all the fans who have supported our show and to NBC for always being such a supportive and incredible partner.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cBecause of all of that, this was not an easy decision, but this season will be my last hosting The Kelly Clarkson Show. Stepping away from the daily schedule will allow me to prioritize my kids, which feels necessary and right for this next chapter of our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clarkson added that \u201cthis isn\u2019t goodbye,\u201d noting that she will \u201cstill be making music, playing shows here and there, and you may catch me on The Voice from time to time.\u201d<\/p>\n

She concluded, \u201cYou never know where I might show up next.
