The Upper East Side home<\/a> where Ivana Trump fell to her death in 2022 has sold for $14 million.<\/p>\n

The E. 64th St. mansion hit the real estate market at $26.5 million shortly after President Trump\u2019s first of three wives fell down a staircase and suffered accidental blunt impact injuries at the age of 73.<\/p>\n

According to People, a deal to purchase the 8,725-square-foot home<\/a> for a little more than half its asking price was reached last week.<\/p>\n

The six-story house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and an elevator. A Zillow listing for the 147-year-old home describes the property as \u201ca storied townhouse that has played host to luminaries from all industries, this once-in-a-lifetime offering awaits the most discerning buyer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ivana and Donald Trump\u2019s three children, Don Jr., Eric and Ivanka, reportedly lived in the house as teenagers. Ivana reportedly owned the home for 30 years.<\/p>\n

The house was vandalized<\/a> in April with strange spray-painted graffiti saying things like \u201cWe killing u for Ivana Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ivana was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1990. She was buried on his Bedminster, N.J. golf course following a private funeral at St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church.<\/p>\n

The pair lived together in a Greenwich, Conn., home that Ivana sold for $15 million in 1998. It was one of the properties she acquired when the couple divorced.
