In this map, we narrow the field to those places that are drawing the most excitement, buzz, crowds, and early positive chatter, focusing largely on restaurants that have only been open for six months or less. When an Eater editor visits a new restaurant, even if it just opened, we share insider tips on what to expect and what\u2019s worth ordering as well.<\/p>\n

New to the list in March: New Flatiron Indian restaurant, Ambassadors Clubhouse<\/a>, Philly import Double Knot<\/a>, Beto\u2019s Carnitas and Guisados<\/a> on the Lower East Side, the ambitious Or\u2019esh<\/a> from the Corner Store folks, and the new location for Kjun<\/a>. We\u2019ve dropped Thai Lalyn, kaiseki Muku, LES Korean cafe bar Tera, and Arvine in the West Village.<\/p>\n
