NORFOLK, Va. \u2013 Embattled New York Attorney General<\/a> Letitia James\u2019 \u201cfugitive\u201d grandniece<\/a>, who is at the center of her federal mortgage fraud<\/a> case, was charged Thursday after allegedly threatening to punch her kid\u2019s assistant principal<\/a> as she called her a \u201cbald-headed bitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nakia Thompson, 36, was charged with profane, threatening, or indecent language over public airways, a misdemeanor, two weeks after she went on a tirade directed at\u00a0Lindenwood Elementary School assistant principal Marie Hall,\u00a0according to court records.<\/p>\n

She allegedly hurled a series of insults and threats<\/a> over the phone and then in-person on Oct. 9, according to a criminal complaint filed in Norfolk, VA. court on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The allegations described by Hall in the criminal complaint are similar to accusations she leveled<\/a> earlier this month in an affidavit tied to a protective order she was seeking against Thompson.<\/p>\n

The order was also granted on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Hall wrote in the complaint that she and the school principal initially called Thompson around 1:15 p.m. to inform her about a problem with one of her children.<\/p>\n

Thompson allegedly flew into a rage, screeching, \u201cBitch, I\u2019m going to punch you in the f\u2013king face.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thompson then showed up at the school 20 minutes later to continue her harassment of the school official, the complaint claims.<\/p>\n

Hall, along with two other staffers, met with Thompson in the office, where she allegedly continued to lash out, forcing school officials to cut the meeting short.<\/p>\n

Thompson continued her tantrum as she was walking out of the building.<\/p>\n

The tirade came against Lindenwood Elementary School assistant principal Marie Hall. Google<\/p>\n

\u201cAs Ms. Thompson is leaving down the hallway talking with another person on speaker, she said something to the effect of, \u2018I\u2019ma punch this bitch in the face,\u2019\u201d Hall wrote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then directed threats at me including \u2018that\u2019s alright bitch I got something for you\u2019 and \u2018I don\u2019t care, I\u2019m still gonna punch you in the f\u2013king face bald-headed bitch.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite orders for her to leave school property, Thompson allegedly continued to curse loudly in front of parents and students before law enforcement was called by Hall.<\/p>\n

The criminal charge that Thompson is facing is described generally as \u201cany person who uses obscene, vulgar, profane \u2026 language \u2026 or threatens any illegal or immoral act with intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, over any telephone or citizens band radio,\u201d according to Virginia law.<\/p>\n

Thompson allegedly continued to curse loudly in front of parents and students before law enforcement was called by Hall. Facebook\/Kia Thomp<\/p>\n

Thompson declined to comment when reached by The Post. Attempts to reach Hall were not successful Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Thompson is living in the Norfolk, VA. home purchased by James<\/a> in 2020 that is under a criminal microscope by the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors have alleged James lied on mortgage papers to get favorable loan terms when she purchased the home, though New York\u2019s chief law enforcement officer has denied wrongdoing.<\/p>\n

She pleaded not guilty Friday on charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.<\/p>\n

James was supposed to be the \u201csole occupant,\u201d according to the terms of a $109,600 mortgage she signed, but neighbors on the same street as the residence told The Post last week\u00a0they\u2019d\u00a0never seen her.<\/p>\n

Federal prosecutors have alleged the favorable terms of the \u201csecond home rider\u201d for the mortgage netted her $19,000 in savings.<\/p>\n

And state ethics filings show she listed a rental property in Norfolk, Va., giving her up to $5,000 in rent\u00a0\u2014\u00a0until May of this year when she began listing it as an asset with no associated income.<\/p>\n

James and Trump have long been rivals, with the AG vowing to go after the president during his first term.<\/p>\n

James went on to sue the Trump Organization on claims the company inflated the value of the real estate empire, leading to a judgment against the president.<\/p>\n

Trump was initially hit with a massive fine that reached more than $500 million, including interest, before it was tossed out on appeal.\u00a0The court, however, upheld the finding that he exaggerated his net worth for years.<\/p>\n

James has repeatedly claimed the indictment is political retribution by the president and his allies.<\/p>\n

Thompson, meanwhile, is also officially listed as an \u201cabsconder\u201d who is wanted by authorities in Forsyth County, North Carolina, for failing to finish her probation on misdemeanor convictions<\/a> for assault and battery, and trespassing, according to the state Department of Corrections.<\/p>\n
