A white NYPD precinct commander allegedly groped a black female underling and declared, \u201cI want to make biracial babies with you,\u201d according to a bombshell lawsuit.<\/p>\n

The accuser, identified in the Bronx Supreme Court filing only by the initials N.T., tried to avoid being alone with Inspector Jeremy Scheublin for more than a year because of \u201ccreepy\u201d comments he previously made at the NYPD\u2019s 46th Precinct<\/a> stationhouse in Fordham Heights, the Bronx, she said in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

N.T., who typically works desk duty, was caught by surprise on Jan. 1, 2025 when the boss called her into his office for a meeting about firearms training \u2014 and they were alone.<\/p>\n

Inspector Jeremy Scheublin ran the 46 Precinct in the Bronx before he was transferred in January 2026. NYPD Bronx\/ X<\/p>\n

He denied her request to work patrol duty, then \u201ctried to place his hand on [her] neck,\u201d according to the legal filing against Scheublin and the city.<\/p>\n

When she knocked his hand away, Schueblin allegedly told her, \u201cI don\u2019t know whether to kiss or choke you,\u201d she claimed in court papers.<\/p>\n

She told him \u201cstop\u201d but he grabbed her rear end, while sneering, \u201cOh, you are strong \u2014 that\u2019s the type of woman I like,\u201d she alleged in the complaint.<\/p>\n

Scheublin then allegedly lifted her off the ground and tossed her onto what officers called the \u201ccasting couch,\u201d the woman told The Post.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe scoops me up<\/a>, and then he slams me on the couch,\u201d the 34-year-old mother told The Post Thursday, echoing the allegations in her complaint. \u201cNow he\u2019s on top of me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI got my hands up to cover my mouth, and he\u2019s trying to kiss me on my mouth,\u201d she claimed, adding she turned her head. <\/p>\n

A female cop is accusing the former commanding officer of the 46 Princint of sexually assault and harassment in a lawsuit filed in the Bronx.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo he kisses me on the left side of my cheek, like kissing me and trying to push his face to get to my mouth to break the barrier.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when Scheublin made the comment about \u201cbiracial babies,\u201d according to the suit. <\/p>\n

\u201c[She] believed Scheublin, who was wearing his service weapon, would rape her if she didn\u2019t fight him off,\u201d she said in the lawsuit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The police officer claims her boss got her alone in his office grabbed her buttocks, tried to kiss her repeatedly and threw her on a couch. NYPD Bronx\/ X<\/p>\n

N.T. managed to get out from under Scheublin and regain her footing. She then kicked him \u201cin the groin\u201d and yelled, \u201cChill the f\u2013k out!\u201d according to court papers.<\/p>\n

During the struggle, a fellow officer called her phone, and the victim demanded the cop come to the station house \u2014 but claims the inspector grabbed the device before continuing the assault.<\/p>\n

When it was over, the commander allegedly ordered her to stay put before chillingly telling her she \u201cshould wear sweats the next time she comes to his office,\u201d according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

She immediately reported the incident to a lieutenant, who called the NYPD\u2019s Internal Affairs Bureau, the victim said.<\/p>\n

The following day, Scheublin suddenly offered her \u201clucrative specialized positions,\u201d such as Field Intelligence Officer and a job in the Domestic Violence Unit that would amount to $50,000 more a year, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

She \u201cunderstood the offers as an attempt to silence her regarding the assault,\u201d N.T. said in court papers. She turned him down.<\/p>\n

A female police officer has filed a lawsuit alleging he forcibly kissed her, threw her on a couch and got on top of her.<\/p>\n

Scheublin allegedly warned her that \u201cit didn\u2019t go well for the last person who made accusations against me,\u201d according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

Once Scheublin realized she reported him to IAB for sex assault<\/a> and harassment, he allegedly began to retaliate against her \u2014 putting her on shifts starting at 3 a.m., despite her having young children, she alleged in court papers.<\/p>\n

IAB asked the alleged victim to make a recorded call to Scheublin, but he didn\u2019t answer and had another cop call her back instead, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

When she reported the attack to IAB, the commander began retaliating against her, she alleges in the suit. NYPD Bronx\/ X<\/p>\n

Scheublin was promoted despite the allegation and transferred on Jan. 12 to the Patrol Borough Bronx division, more than a year after the incident. <\/p>\n

Ironically, he recieved a Man of the Year award Tuesday from the 1st Annual Brian Mulkeen Awards Dinner at an event in the Bronx. Mulkeen was a Bronx cop killed by friendly fire while taking down a drug suspect in 2019.<\/p>\n

The inspector remains on duty, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

The Bronx DA is investigating, according to the lawsuit. The DA\u2019s office refused to confirm or deny the probe.<\/p>\n

The case could warrant criminal charges, said John Scola, an attorney representing N.T.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe NYPD knew he committed a violent sex crime against one of its own officers, referred the case to the Bronx District Attorney for possible prosecution, and still allowed him to remain on full duty with a weapon,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

Scheublin couldn\u2019t be reached for comment.
