The scandal sent Upper East Side parents into a frenzy, with most suspecting that the spouse of one of the alleged lovers had put up the signs. Not so!<\/p>\n
Page Six has discovered that it was in fact the furious father of the alleged scorned wife who decided to teach the supposedly wandering beau a lesson by revealing the purported romance.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe was very angry and took it upon himself to do it,\u201d said a source close to the apopleclictic pop, \u201cIt\u2019s his daughter and his grandson who are the victims.\u201d<\/p>\n
Insiders allege that the relationship has been going on for about a year and a half. <\/p>\n
They say that a year ago, the guy confessed to the romance but said it was over, and the family have been trying to rebuild their lives ever since.<\/p>\n
But then the affair was revealed for a second time in recent days.<\/p>\n
Apparently he learned about the posters Tuesday and called the (largely unsympathetic) wife about them.<\/p>\n

Spence told us that it wouldn\u2019t be commenting on the matter.<\/p>\n
Parents at the Ivy League feeder school \u2014 which has class sizes of just 13-18 \u2014 pay over $70,000 a year for tuition.<\/p>\n
