Giants co-owner Steve Tisch<\/a>, along with his sister, Laurie, and brother, Jonathan, have requested to transfer their 23.1 percent ownership of the team to their respective children\u2019s trusts, a source confirmed to The Post.<\/p>\n

This bombshell comes after Tisch was revealed to have associated with late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein<\/a>, as seen in the documents released by the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n

Should the NFL\u2019s finance committee approve the sale, the trio would immediately no longer have any ownership stake in the team, per the NFL memo that was first reported by ESPN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cPrior transfers to these Trusts were completed pursuant to 2023 and 2024 Finance Committee approvals,\u201d the March 11 memo states, according to ESPN. \u201cThe Sellers now propose to transfer their entire remaining interests, totaling 23.1% of the Club, to the Trusts.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Tisch and Mara families have served as co-owners of the Giants since 1991, with Steve and John Mara assuming lead roles in 2005.<\/p>\n

Tisch\u2019s role with the Giants has come under much scrutiny since the revelation of 2013 email exchanges with Epstein<\/a> in which he asked about a \u201cworking girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Giants co-owner is mentioned at least 440 times in the files, per ESPN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 77-year-old expressed remorse for the exchanges, but remained with the team.<\/p>\n

He has not been convicted of any crimes.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments,\u201d Tisch said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an April 26, 2013 email exchange, Tisch inquired to Epstein about a friend of the latter\u2019s assistant, which led to a series of emails between the two.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just had lunch with your assistant\u2019s friend Who I met at your house Wed morning,\u201d Tisch penned to Epstein. \u201cVery sweet girl. Do you know anything about her?\u201d<\/p>\n

Epstein replied: \u201cNo, but i will ask ( all confidential ) I will get all info, did you contact the great ass fake tit shes a character, short term, has an older boyfriend going to acting school, a 10 ass.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am happy to have you as a new but obviosly\u00a0[sic] shared interest friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tisch has maintained that he only discussed \u201cadult women\u201d with Epstein in their email exchanges. DOJ<\/p>\n

Tisch later sent another email, with the subject line of \u201cUkrainian Girl,\u201d that stated: \u201cCurious to know about [redacted].\u201d<\/p>\n

Epstein later emailed Tisch about one of the women the Giants owner had asked him about.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou did very well,\u201d Epstein wrote. \u201cShe wants to go to the play, \u2014-she is a little freaked by the age difference but go slow and wati [sic], i will try to convince her not to return to ukraine , having her crying worked.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tisch responded: \u201cNice report. Funny comment on crying!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

During a June 10, 2013 conversation, Epstein mentioned a \u201ctahitian\u201d woman named \u201cEmily,\u201d adding that she \u201cspeaks mostly french, exotic.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWorking girl?\u201d Tisch asked, with Epstein replying: \u201cNwver.\u201d<\/p>\n

The NFL said last month it was \u201caware\u201d and \u201cwill look into the matter.\u201d<\/p>\n

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell did not commit to an investigation during Super Bowl week.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou may be getting ahead of yourself on the second part,\u201d Goodell said of possible league discipline, per ESPN<\/a>. \u201cWe are going to look at all the facts. We are going to look at the context of those and try to understand that, we will look at how that falls under the policy. But let\u2019s get the facts first.\u201d<\/p>\n
