Kimpton Era Midtown New York has opened in Manhattan, US, marking the newest addition to the brand’s portfolio in the city.<\/p>\n
The opening introduces a 33-storey property developed and managed by Extell Development, marking its first directly operated hotel project.<\/p>\n
The hotel features 529 guest rooms. It also includes two suites and nine rooms featuring outdoor terraces for additional space. A 1,375ft\u00b2 gym is accessible to guests around the clock.<\/p>\n
The hotel aims to provide a streamlined experience for travellers through digital self-service check-in.<\/p>\n
Interior design for the property was created by INC Architecture & Design, with architectural work by SLCE Architects.<\/p>\n
INC Architecture & Design also renovated the nearby Rockefeller Center in 2022.<\/p>\n
