FOXBOROUGH, Mass.\u00a0(March 13, 2026)\u00a0\u2013 The Revolution Academy continued their MLS NEXT spring season last weekend, as the Under-18s, Under-16s, and Under-15s traveled to New York City FC, while the Under\u201114s and Under\u201113s took on New England Futbol Club.<\/p>\n

Last Saturday, the U-18s fell to NYCFC, 3-0. In U\u201116 action, New England battled New York City to a 3-3 draw. The Revolution struck twice in the first half, starting with a 21st\u2011minute goal from\u00a0Brandon Velez\u00a0(2010 \u2013 Concord, Mass.).\u00a0Kauan De Campos\u00a0(2010 \u2013 East Providence, R.I.) doubled the advantage in the 38th minute after capitalizing on an assist from\u00a0Kaisei Korytoski\u00a0(2009 \u2013 Newport, R.I.). Moments into the second half, Velez set up\u00a0Issac Twumasi (2010 \u2013 Lawrenceville, Ga.) to extend the lead to 3-0. NYCFC mounted a late push, putting away goals in the 58th, 80th, and 90th minutes to earn the tie.<\/p>\n

To wrap up New England’s games in New York City, the U\u201115s were defeated, 1-0. The hosts recorded the game\u2019s lone goal in the 24th minute. At the Revolution Training Center, the U\u201114s earned a 3-0 win over NEFC, securing their second consecutive victory.\u00a0Darragh Nugent\u00a0(2012 \u2013 Braintree, Mass.) opened the scoring in the fourth minute, while\u00a0Boston Kahoalii\u00a0(2012 \u2013 Whitman, Mass.) tallied a strike four minutes later.\u00a0Gavin Rybak\u00a0(2012 \u2013 Andover, Mass.) capped the scoring with a goal in the 63rd minute off a feed from\u00a0Ayden Gomes (2012 \u2013 Braintree, Mass.).<\/p>\n

Against NEFC, the U\u201113s dropped a 6-1 decision at Queens College.\u00a0Amare Laurent\u00a0(2014 \u2013 Windsor, Conn.) threaded a pass to\u00a0Michael Miller (2013 \u2013 Westford, Mass.) in the 40th minute, to net his team-leading 16th goal of the 2025-26 campaign. However, NEFC secured the win, with five first-half goals, followed by a sixth tally in the 55th minute.<\/p>\n

The Revolution Academy\u2019s U\u201118, U\u201116, and U\u201115 squads face CF Montr\u00e9al on Saturday, March 14, at the Revolution Training Center before hosting NEFC on Sunday, March 15.
