Facebook\/New York State Police<\/p>\n<p>Cops believe the snack-snatching suspects will soon try to sell the walnuts to third-party vendors, wholesalers or distributors in the New York City area, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/nyspolice\/posts\/-public-assistance-requested-cargo-theft-investigation-the-new-york-state-police\/1242470238076688\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">according to state police<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>They want businesses, including restaurants,\u00a0 and food distributors to report anyone trying to hawk large quantities of <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/11\/14\/health\/5-popular-nuts-ranked-by-nutritional-value-the-winner-is-clear\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">packaged walnuts<\/a> \u2014 especially if they\u2019re below market value or under unusual circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn\u2019t immediately clear how the crooks got into the trucks, or when exactly the robbery unfolded.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about the case should call New York State Police Troop NYC at (212) 459-7800.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Tough case to crack.
