Google Maps<\/p>\n<p>The announcement quoted landlord Charles S. Cohen, \u201cWe look forward to welcoming this exciting addition and further enriching the experience for the design community and visitors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But it didn\u2019t mention that embattled Cohen was given 45 days by a judge to settle nearly $190 million in debt he owes\u00a0Fortress Investment Group.\u00a0If he can\u2019t raise the dough, Fortress can begin selling off Cohen\u2019s remaining properties \u2014 including D&amp;D.
