Breaching the sanctity of someone\u2019s home leaves lasting psychological scars that can linger for years. I am grateful that the police managed to apprehend this defendant so quickly after his crimes. We will seek to ensure that he is held fully accountable in our sentencing submission.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On Feb. 12, 2025, the defendant broke into a home on S. Highland Ave., in Ossining, while the homeowners were present.
